Kanye West x Louis Vuitton
Back in 2009 Kanye West and Louis Vuitton worked together to create a line of sneakers There are three different models and ten colorways all together. There will be five colorways of the Don’s, two different versions of the Mr. Hudson boat shoe and three high-top Jasper’s. Slight variations can be found from one shoe to the next from the materials, to the laces, to the color blocking. As a result, even variant versions of the same model can look like two entirely different shoes from one colorway to the next.
I know that the price tag on these is a little lofty, but if it’s any consolation, all the Kanye x LV kicks are constructed from the finest of materials and really live up to the hype in terms of quality. Plus, did you really think anything with a Louis Vuitton logo on it would have a bargain price tag? You can check out a closeup look at all ten shoes after the jump along with pricing information on each. If you could afford these would you have bought them?

Nike WMNS Air Max 1
I noticed I have not really done a post for the lady sneaker heads so here is a Nike shoe made for women. Not too much time goes by these days without a dope new WMNS Air Max 1 release, and Nike Sportswear’s latest is another one of those styles that’d do so well in a variety of colors. Featuring Medium Violet, Court Purple and the new Purple Earth shade that debuted for FW12, these ladies AM1s offer a monochromatic-plus-white approach that’s sure to fly off shelves at retailers like Titolo.

Nike Unveils the KD V
Though images have been floating around for the last few weeks, today, Nike officially the KD V. Designed by Leo Chang, Nike Basketball Footwear Design Director, the new KD V takes inspiration from Durant’s personal journey with symbolism from the number five – wrapped up in a premium performance package.
With four premium technologies at the core, Nike Zoom unit in the forefoot, Nike Air unit in the heel, unibody Hyperfuse upper construction for superior fit, and an external heel counter to allow the foot to move while still providing support, the KD V was created to match Durant’s smooth and fluid style of play. As it is Durant’s fifth signature shoe, its hidden story comes from five players united on the court, five sides of a pentagon, and five corners of a star; all of which are expressed on the outsole pattern, midsole texture, tongue quilting and heel counter.
For this colorway, the Nike Zoom KD V “DC”, Nike took inspiration from the Maryland flag for the bright crimson upper, as well as the red, yellow and black remixed in bright and light tones.
Look for the KD V to launch on NIKEiD on November 6, and then hit retail on December 8 in both the Bright Crimson colorway and Black/blue colorway.
Adidas T-Mac 1 "Mt. Zion"
This is a fact: at one point, Tracy McGrady was the best individual basketball player on the planet. Sure, he’s had some trouble in the NBA Playoffs, but that’s not because he didn’t play up to speed, because his Playoff numbers are just as good (if not better than) his regular season output. The truth of the matter is that the team build around T-Mac wasn’t anything close to the caliber of a true contender, and during one of the adidas T-Mac ad campaigns, he pointed out that his team still lost even after he dropped 50 on the Nuggets. In any case, McGrady’s career trajectory has been on a steady decline, and a few weeks back it was confirmed that Tracy would move on from the NBA and offer his services to pro teams in China, where McGrady is still very popular. This new colorway of the adidas T-Mac 1 pays homage to his earliest roots at the Mt. Zion Christian Academy where he played before being drafted by the Toronto Raptors in ’97. Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Kobe” Customs by Mache
The sneaker community is still recovering from the massive release of the Air Yeezy 2, with the prospects of a new colorway still swimming around in the collective mind. While a third Air Yeezy 2 drop will shake things up for the Holiday season, nothing’s been confirmed as of yet. Taking matters into his own hands is custom crusher Mache Customs, who flipped a pair of the original Air Yeezy 2 (presumably the Wolf Grey colorway) to match the quizzical Kobe x Air Yeezy 2. It’s another spot-on product from Mache, with the exception of the Solar Red inner lining (the actual Kobe version has a light purple lining. A full shot of this custom is below so take a look and let us know if this is Mache Customs’ best work yet.

Packer Shoes x Reebok Question “Practice Edition”
Everyone remembers that infamous practice clip of Allen Iverson talking about practice. If not here is the clip:
“I’m supposed to be the franchise player, and we in here talkin’ about practice! I mean, listen, we talkin’ about practice. Not a game. Not a game. Not a game. We talkin’ about practice.”
Years later Packer Shoes teamed up with Reebok to present the Question Mid “Practice Edition”, a shoe designed for AI to wear on the practice floor, that may or may not have ever been worn for those purposes. From the nubuck upper and classic Sixers color scheme to the 7/6 Philly nod on the heels, the 3M midpanel hit to the rising star motif found on the toe and insoles – why would anyone ever want to scuff or crease these up in the name of practice of all things? Stay tuned for further release info on this juicy October drop coming soon.
